Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of naturesoles.com and purchases from NatureSoles (“we,” “us”). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and No-Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

2. Products & pricing

Products are described in good faith. Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly from photos due to screens, lighting, and manufacturing batches. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before you complete payment. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders (including suspected fraud, reseller abuse, or inventory errors) and will refund any amount charged if we cancel before shipment.

3. Orders & payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the order total, shipping (if any), and applicable taxes. An order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm or ship. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

4. All sales final — no refunds

Except as stated in our No-Refund Policy (wrong item / clear defect at our discretion) or where mandatory law requires otherwise, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or size swaps. You are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide.

5. Health disclaimer

Barefoot and zero-drop footwear may require a gradual transition. NatureSoles is not medical advice and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional if you have foot, ankle, knee, hip, or back issues. Use products at your own risk.

6. Warranties & liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURESOLES AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF AN ORDER OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THAT ORDER.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NatureSoles from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

8. Marketing & communications

Transactional emails (receipts, shipping) may be sent as needed to fulfill your order. Marketing emails are sent only if you provide affirmative consent (e.g. checked opt-in). You may unsubscribe via the link in those emails.

9. IP

Site content, branding, and product imagery are owned by NatureSoles or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your residence apply. Except for small-claims matters or claims for injunctive relief regarding IP, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to purchase terms apply to orders placed after the update.
