No refunds — all sales final

All sales are final. NatureSoles does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or size swaps for any reason, including fit preference, color preference, change of mind, delayed delivery within stated windows, or buyer’s remorse.

By completing checkout you acknowledge that you have reviewed our size guide, product descriptions, and these policies, and that you are purchasing at your own risk regarding fit and suitability.

Wrong item or clear defect. If we ship a different product than ordered, or an item that is substantially defective on arrival (not wear, normal variation, or subjective comfort), email hello@naturesoles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We may, at our sole discretion, replace the item or issue a limited remedy. This is not a general return or refund program.

Chargebacks. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us, or after accepting these terms, may be treated as a breach. We may submit order records, policy acceptance, IP/device logs, and correspondence to the card network and payment processor.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer law applies, those rights control to the extent required.
