Shipping Policy

Orders typically leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — most US orders arrive in about 7–15 business days after shipment. International delivery can take longer and may incur customs duties or taxes payable by you.

You’ll receive tracking by email when available. Carriers and customs can cause delays outside our control. Stated windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delayed delivery within a reasonable commercial window is not grounds for a refund under our all-sales-final policy.

Provide a complete, deliverable address. We are not responsible for packages refused, undeliverable, or lost due to incorrect addresses you supplied. If a package is returned to sender, contact hello@naturesoles.com; reshipment may require additional shipping fees.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
